1. Use of the Site The Site provides information about our used motor vehicles for sale, inventory, contact details, and related services. All content (text, photos, vehicle listings, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may view for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

2. Vehicle Listings & Pricing

  • All vehicles are used and sold “AS IS” unless a written warranty is provided (per FTC Used Car Rule and Texas law).
  • Prices exclude taxes, title, registration, license fees, documentation fees, dealer prep/install fees, and any applicable add-ons. See vehicle-specific details or contact us.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. Advertised prices are subject to change and prior sale. No “internet-only” or special online pricing—prices are uniform per TxDMV rules (43 TAC §215.250).
  • Inventory photos/descriptions are for illustration; actual vehicle condition may vary. Always inspect in person. We comply with TxDMV advertising rules—no false, deceptive, or misleading claims.

3. No Warranties THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, VIRUSES, OR INTERRUPTIONS.

4. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SITE USE, VEHICLE PURCHASES, OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

5. Purchases & Contracts No contract forms via the Site alone—final sales require in-person agreement, Buyer’s Guide disclosure (window sticker stating “AS IS – No Dealer Warranty” unless otherwise noted), odometer statement, and Texas title/registration process. All sales governed by Texas law (Occupations Code Ch. 2301, Transportation Code Ch. 503). No cooling-off period or automatic returns for used vehicles in Texas.

6. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by Texas law. Venue for any disputes: Bexar County, Texas courts. We reserve right to update Terms—continued use constitutes acceptance.
